The Palentino bar in Madrid was considered one of the most traditional and classic bars in the Malasaña neighborhood in Madrid. One of the last that continued to maintain the prices and customers of a lifetime. Casto Herrezuela, its founder in the 1940s, who passed away in 2018, had been behind the bar for 60 years, serving his typical beef pepitos and cañas.
